Shipping Policy
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping through Thai EMS, and door-to-door delivery (available exclusively for clients in Bangkok). Additional charges may apply based on the package volume.

Estimated Delivery Times:
Thai EMS: 5 days to 2 weeks once the item has been picked up by the courier and depends on the final destination as well.
Door-to-door delivery (This option is when you travel to Thailand or living in Thailand): 2-3 days.

Processing Time:
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before shipment. While we endeavor to ship items promptly, rush shipping is not available to ensure proper packaging.

Reshipment:
If an item is returned due to delivery to the wrong address or non-receipt, we will arrange for reshipment. However, the buyer will be responsible for any redelivery fees.

Lost or Undelivered Packages:
If a package does not arrive despite tracking confirmation of delivery, please notify us immediately to initiate a search. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage occurring after shipment delivery. Please contact the courier directly for assistance in such cases.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the unique nature of our vintage luxury items, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Once an order is confirmed and payment secured, it cannot be canceled.

Authenticity Guarantee:
We take great care to accurately showcase and describe the condition of our products. If an item is proven inauthentic by a trusted authenticator within 10 days of purchase, you may return it at your expense for a full refund. We will refund the original purchase amount upon receipt of the item.

Once an item is shipped, the buyer assumes sole ownership and responsibility for it.
